There’s no need for me to remind you that today is the 8th of September. For many, it’s just another day. For some of us, this date will remain with us for as long as we live. Today, two years ago, Candy passed away. I have heard many people say; “no one should have to lose a child” – maybe, I have even said that to someone in the past. In my wildest imagination, I never thought it would happen to our family. I also never could have imagined the pain of saying goodbye to someone you love so much. I think maybe for the first time in my life I can truly understand the word “suffering”

Today, I want to honour Candice. I want to honour her life, her achievements and the example she turned out to be. After Candy passed away I decided to write a book that I titled “Beautiful Soul.” I am pleased to announce that the book is officially being released today – the 8th September 2020. Although Candice is the inspiration behind the book, the subject matter is relevant for all of us. I also want you to know that the book is not sad but rather a victory story. The book will hopefully help all of us to understand the importance of becoming a healthy living soul
